Rupert Friend (Showtime’s Homeland) will replace Timothy Olyphant as the title character in Fox International Productions’ HITMAN reboot, AGENT 47. Based on the top-selling video game series by Square Enix, Friend will star as the bald, barcoded Agent 47, an elite cloned assassin-for-hire, whose flawless record places him in high demand among the wealthy and elite. Acclaimed commercials director Aleksander Bach will helm the action thriller from a script by Skip Woods (Hitman), Kyle Ward (Machete Kills) and Michael Finch (Predators). |
